The Department of General and Laparoscopic Surgery consists of a vast scope of care, with a focus on Metabolic, Endocrinal , Laparoscopic, and Minimally Invasive Surgery.

The Modular Operating Theatres at Dr. Ramsingh Surgical Hospital are equipped to help make these surgeries safer, precise, and comfortable for our visitors. Day care surgeries ensure that the patient is fit to work by the next day. We are supported by an excellent Intensive Care Unit and a highly trained team to ensure day care surgeries with post-operative pain management.

The Department serves as the backbone for several multidisciplinary surgeons, numerous allied Specialists, and ancillary staff. General Surgery broadly involves evidence-based information to treat various conditions such as Hernia, Piles, Appendicitis, Gall Bladder Stones, Fistula, Varicose Veins, Thyroid, all kind of swellings and Ulcers, and the management of Trauma patients, etc.
